What is Light 4 Youth
Story behind Light 4 youth
Once upon a time, in a small community, there were a group of young adults who were struggling to find their place in the world. They were living on the streets, getting into trouble with the law, and didn’t have a positive outlet for their energy. They felt lost and alone. One day, a group of community leaders came together to form an organization called “Light for Youth”. They wanted to help these young adults turn their lives around and find a new path forward. They knew that they needed to create a safe and supportive environment where these young people could come together and build a better future.

Our Services
The Light Club
Our youth club will offer youngsters and teenagers a trusted space to chill out, guarding them from negative influences as crime, drug and alcohol abuse, anti-social behaviour, and juvenile disturbance. Young people will take part in a variety of leisure activities, such as challenges, educational workshops, sports, adventure, and gaming.
Community Clean-Up
By routinely coming together to voluntarily clean up the local environment, while actively encouraging people to not leave litter and to take pride in where they live, we can encourage our young change-makers.
Life Skills
Children will gain life skills and enjoy all that scouting has to offer, including participating in community service projects, engaging in thrilling outdoor activities, learning about nature, developing leadership and teamwork skills, forging lifelong friendships, and, most importantly, having a lot of fun.
You Have The Power Today To Change Tomorrow
The first step was to create a youth club, with various sports activities and a console room. This would give the young adults a place to go after school or on weekends, where they could have fun and stay out of trouble. The club quickly became popular, with many young people coming to play basketball, pool, or just hang out with friends. But Light for Youth didn’t stop there. They knew that the young people in their community were facing serious issues, like drug use, bullying, and violence.
They wanted to create workshops that tackled these issues head-on. They brought in experts to talk about addiction and recovery, conflict resolution, and mental health. They encouraged the young people to talk openly about their own experiences and to support one another. As the organization grew, Light for Youth began to offer weekend recreational trips. They took groups of young adults camping, hiking, and exploring nearby cities. For many of these young people, it was their first time out of their neighborhood, and they discovered a whole new world of possibilities.

The Impact of Light for Youth
Over time, the young adults who were part of Light for Youth began to change. They found a sense of belonging and purpose in the organization. They started to see themselves as capable of achieving their dreams, and they worked hard to make those dreams a reality. Some went back to school, others found jobs, and still others became mentors to the next generation of young people. Light for Youth had become a beacon of hope for the community. It showed that, with the right support and guidance, anyone can turn their life around. The young adults who had once been lost and alone were now part of a thriving community, full of hope and possibility. And it was all thanks to the vision and hard work of the Light for Youth team.
